Give parents a heads-up before the event. Completing an agenda allows parents to plan ahead! Eliminating the questions; of how their child should dress, whether food will be provided, or what sort of activities the children will be doing.

You will stay in the loop with live agendas. Most of us do not like to bother the host while the playdate is ongoing. Agendas allow the host to keep everyone updated!
